Hair Extensions
There are 3 different kinds of hair extensions and varying applications: strand-by-strand, weft extensions and clip-in extensions.
At this time William Collier Design is please to offer three of these types. Firstly we offer, SO.CAP. USA®, which is Europe's leading hair company for applying pre-bonded strands (strand-by-strand) of hair to the client's with out any damage. SO.CAP offers us only the best 100% human hair that is pre-bonded with 100% keratin protein tips to ensure healthy, strong and long–lasting bonds. The keratin bonds are similar to the structure of one's own hair, and absolutely do not harm the integrity. Each strand of hair is 100% unprocessed human hair with no silicone coat making all hair extensions look completely natural. SO.CAP offers the largest selection of hair color for us to choose from; more than 81 colors are currently available in 3 textures. SO.CAP gives you the chance to realize new fantasy color effects and fashionable hairstyle creations. Removal is easy and non-damaging to the hair when removed professionally by Echo Collier, our certified hair extension technician. The bonds are non-detectable and you can blow dry, curl, flat iron and color your hair while wearing the finest SO.CAP 100% human hair extensions. Another benefit to the SO.CAP application of hair extensions is that if you maintain the hair as suggested, the hair can be re-tipped and re-applied. This method can be more cost effective than other stand-by-strand methods.

Weft Extensions (Weaves) have three different application types: Bonded, Track, & Braided and Sewn.William Collier Design's Extensions Technician, Echo Collier provides
Weaves (Bonded Extensions). Natural hair is divided into sections, and then the hair weave is bonded (glued) to the root section of the hair. The bonded weave lasts at least one month. Below is some information on the two other types of weave applications, which at this time William Collier Design does NOT offer.
Braided and sewn extensions (weave) are when natural hair is braided along the scalp then the hair extension is sewn into the braids. Your own hair is securely braided in very fine cornrows. The extension is then sewn into your braids. This works best with hair that is course, and not so well with very fine, silky hair. This style can last 2-5 months or more with proper care.
Track Extensions is another way a weave is done. Threads are twisted around your hair in a very thin track formation. This can be in a straight line or in a circle around your head (for sewing on a hair piece). Then the weft is sewn onto this.
Lastly, William Collier Design now offers Clip-in extensions. These are a great alternative if you want to have longer-thicker hair only some of the time or if you are concerned about the cost of regular hair extensions. If your hair is very fine the clips may cause hair loss. They are best if used only occasionally.
